The most economical way to remove your junk would be to store it outside ready for our teams to collect. 

If this isn’t practical for you, we collect further away outside or inside, we can collect from inside your property for additional labour costs to suit the size of the junk.

1/4 load = +15 mins £15+vat

1/2 load = +30 mins £30+vat

3/4 load = +45 mins £45+vat

Heavy builders waste would quickly exceed the weight allowance of our normal collections. we have two sizes to choose for waste like: rubble, bricks, blocks, concrete, shingle, stone, gravel, sand, soil, slabs, flag stones, and similar.

Slightly more expensive than our domestic waste service
(understandably) that’s some heavy lifting! – We have it covered just get in touch!

SO… WHY OPERATOR & VAN RATHER THAN HIRING A TRADITIONAL SKIP?

ADVANTAGES :

Waste is Stockpiled conveniently in a room in your Property near to the project or Stockpiled outside nearer to the door or even left in the garden.

You want your waste cleared urgently or even the same day (hard to get a skip this quickly)

No room on your property for a Skip / Awkward access – No problem with our service, we can walk it out to the road road any part of your property inside or out… and if the position is to far away and breach the time allowance for your collection size… No problem, as we have additional time available to add onto your booking.

Our vans can get to places that large skip lorries cant reach! Have a tight or restricted road? As long as you can get a average car there… we are most likely able to fit our trucks as well.

You won’t need a skip permit with this service unlike skips (No delays waiting for one or hassle getting a permit arranged from you council)

You can get rid of items that cant usually go into a skip (Mattress, Fridge, TV and more) However these will incur some additional costs as seen on our services page.

We can still remove up to 1200kg (1.2 ton) of Soil/Brick/Hardcore/Rubble as long as the material is bagged up in rubble individual rubble sacks and happy to do return visits. All day if needed, in theory we could remove around 6000 kg (6 ton) a day with our BUILDERS WASTE service.

IMPORTANTLY – WE PICK UP AND MOVE THE WASTE from the point of stockpiled waste. The most economical way for you is having the waste piled up near to the road as possible (on your land, not the public footpath or road) Alternately, for additional labour costs to suite the rubbish pile that you show us by WhatsApp, Text, Email on your booking…we can offer additional time and labour from £15 – £60 (15 mins up to 1 Hour) This enables us to collect rubbish from anywhere in your property WITHOUT PICKING ANYTHING UP YOURSELF! Unless of course you want to save some labour cost and pile the rubbish outside in a suitable position for collection teams.

DISADVANTAGES :

Waste is generated over a long period of days/weeks/months. The waste is likely to pile up! This can be overcome by having smaller collections over the duration of the project. Or simply leave in a pile or place a large tarpaulin sheet over to keep the area tidy.

You have a lot of heavy bulky waste? For larger amounts of LOOSE Soil/Brick/Hardcore/Rubble, we can offer a Skip Bag service that can hold 800kg of heavy waste in one go, with a discount for multiple bags up to 5 if needed as many as required. However we would recommend alternative methods if you have more than 6000kg (6 ton)… We can point you in the right direction if this is the case. Just get in touch as we are happy to help and have many contacts within the waste trade!

How it works

At Junkspace, we make the process of getting rid of your junk very simple. We need to gather as much information as we can to best estimate the costs of clearing your junk. Once we have this information, we send you a quote and schedule a collection date. Once this has all been processed, we collect the junk. We process, schedule then collect. Let’s go into a little more detail –

Step One – Process

We start off by collecting as much information as we can. This includes pictures, weight estimates, location and whatever else you’re able to provide. There are a few ways you can provide this information. You can either:

  • Whatsapp us at 07563 290 271 and one of our team members will walk you through the process (click here)
  • Enquire through our online booking system (click here)
  • Call us on 01245377357 or contact us via the contact form on this website.

If there isn’t enough information for us to work with, we may have to send one of our collection team members over, which would incur a small charge (50% of which would be returned should you choose to go ahead with the full booking).

Step Two – Schedule

After we process the information from step 1, we provide a quote and propose some collection dates. We give you a price and a reference.

50% must be paid up front using our online payment system, though you’re able to pay in full should you wish.

Once you are happy, press “Pay Here” on our website and enter your reference code and the amount. We’ll be notified and schedule our collection team to collect your junk on the agreed upon date.

Step Three – Collection

On the day, we endeavour to collect your junk on time and provide you with a professional, swift service.

We require any outstanding amount to be paid within 3 working days of the junk’s removal. We won’t let you down.

If you decide to opt for the “Junk Bags in the Post” service, payment will need to be made in full before we can deliver the bags.

About

We have a very long history since 2000 in collecting and reusing rubbish, we started recycling the very first waste streams way back in 2000 when the origins of this company were originally within the hard landscaping industry that dealt with the vast amounts of concrete, rubble, bricks, blocks and soil on a daily basis, recycling concrete for use in our projects along with screening and sterilising top soil for planting new lawns and flower borders. Nothing went to waste and was reused whenever possible!

It just felt like the right to do as we was reducing our waste to landfill and producing our own high quality materials… and this was way before recycling really got going and people became more aware of avoiding Landfill.
